By accessing or using Schema Schemas, a product of RedSEO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our service.

Schema Schemas is an AI-powered schema markup generation service that helps users create JSON-LD structured data for their websites. Our service analyzes web pages and generates schema.org compliant markup to improve search engine visibility and rich results.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Submit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Use the service to generate schema for websites you do not own or have permission to modify

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Schema Schemas offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
  • Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
  • Price changes with reasonable notice
  • No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RedSEO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Schema markup generated by our service is provided to you for use on your websites. You retain ownership of your website content and data, and we claim no ownership over the schema outputs generated for your use.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedSEO and Schema Schemas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Errors or inaccuracies in generated schema markup
  • Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any schema markup generated by our service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RedSEO, Schema Schemas, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RedSEO operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
